A Pipe to Rival the Mountain

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, home of Little Cottonwood Canyon’s first terrain park and halfpipe.

New this year is the addition of a Zaugg “Pipe Monster” that will cut the pipe 3 nights per week, providing a world-class pipe experience to complement the legendary mountain.

“The addition of the Superpipe to Snowbird’s consistent snow, big mountain terrain and two terrain parks creates the ultimate skiing and riding experience,” said Snowbird President Bob Bonar.

Under the direction of Snowbird’s Director of Hill Maintenance, Jim Baker, Snowbird’s Superpipe and park were constructed by Andy Burton, Mike Gray and Ryan Shugart.

If instruction is in order, Snowbird’s Mountain School offers both private and group lessons that focus on park and pipe skills.
