From major motion pictures to documentaries, television commercials and photo shoots, Snowbird is a preferred location for commercial projects and has the equipment, facilities, backdrop and experience to successfully capture the beautiful environment on film.

The Tram provides ideal uphill transportation at all hours and seasons to film crews looking to get footage from 11,000 feet with minimal hassle. Other available equipment includes snowcats, bedcat, helicopter references, snowmobiles, race services, ski patrol, EMT and Mountain School.

A veteran of the film industry, former ski patrolman and now Director of Mountain Activities, John Collins is the resort’s film liaison and has coordinated a majority of the motion picture and television commercials filmed at Snowbird.

Snowbird’s Director of Public Relations Jared Ishkanian coordinates still commercial shoots and other projects.
